I am profoundly grateful for the impact Dr. O has had on my life and glad to have in my corner; when life gets particularly challenging. In the years I have seen him he always holds presence and expands my understanding of my world view, respectfully challenges and most importantly listens well and genuinely celebrates your personal achievements with sincerity. Thank you for being a wonderful human and for the space for me to grow and learn in our sessions.

I had an instant, warm connection with Dr. OM that I had not found with previous psychotherapists. He challenged me and gave me reflections that I did not see myself, but agreed with. I continue to build a relationship with Dr. OM that is giving me great rewards in better understanding myself, for which I am truly grateful.

Where should I begin?
I came to Dr O with an angry, broken heart. My marriage was in deep trouble and my husband wanted out. I felt so desperate and hopeless. I hated myself so so much and I hated my husband too of course! I was in grave pain.
When I saw Dr O, I brought along all my grievances, ready to unload all my complaints about my husband and how wrong and unfair he had treated me. Haha…little did I know that didn’t serve me at all! Thankfully, Dr O has this brilliant way of redirecting me back to myself and focus on my own growth. He guided me to look within instead and to explore the feminine and sexual side of me professionally. That to me was a huge stretch. That concept sounded really foreign ( a bit like Italian maybe….). But that foreign concept was actually a seed that he planted in me.
I started to pay attention to my own life and my way of being. Instead of focusing all my energy on my husband, I focused on myself. I reflected, I learnt and I pursued how to become comfortable in my own skin and be happy with who I am. I learnt to build that emotional safety shelter for myself. I transformed from a desperate housewife to a confident and cheerful woman who is comfortable in her own skin. I am no longer afraid of negative emotions as I find my centre finally. My marriage is transformed too as a result. We went from a loveless marriage to having fun, laughter and intimacy again.
Yeah, once in a while, I still teased my husband to bring me along when he sees Dr O because I’d love to shine my life (show off in Cantonese)…lol……. I owe a big “THANK YOU” to Dr O and his team! He has really inspired me and now I am paying this good work forward to support women who were once in my place. No one shall be left alone. There is always hope.
